1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and booking services with JungleSafariGetaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

• Advance Payment: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.
• Last Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 30 days of travel require full payment upfront.
• Permit Fees: Government forest entry permit fees are non-refundable once booked.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the strict regulations of Indian National Parks, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 60 days before travel: 10% cancellation fee + non-refundable permit costs.
• 30-60 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee.
• Less than 30 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee (No Refund).
• No Shows: 100% cancellation fee.

4. Safari Rules & Regulations

Guests must strictly adhere to park rules. Failure to do so may result in fines or expulsion from the park by Forest Officials.

• No stepping out of the vehicle during safaris.
• No shouting or sudden movements that may disturb wildlife.
• No littering inside the park.
• Wear dull-colored clothing (Green, Brown, Beige). Avoid bright colors.

5. Liability Disclaimer

JungleSafariGetaway acts as an agent for accommodation and transport providers. While we take every precaution for your safety, wildlife safaris carry inherent risks. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or death caused by wildlife encounters.
• Loss or damage to personal property (cameras, luggage, etc.).
• Delays or cancellations due to weather, government order, or force majeure events.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amravati, Maharashtra.
